  16. This application provides interactive
  17. help when the !Help or !BubbleHelp
  18. application is active.

  21. What this software does
  22.  
  23. This fully RISC-OS compliant
  24. multitasking application allows the
  25. plotting of a 3D function of the form
  26. z=f(x,y). This program has no data
  27. editing or processing capability, and,
  28. as such, is pretty dumb. It simply
  29. displays a 3D function (or surface)
  30. which is loaded as a data file of the
  31. appropriate form. Use 3DFnEdit as a
  32. front end to produce the data file.

  35. Running the application
  36.  
  37. Double clicking on the !Surface icon
  38. in a directory viewer will install its
  39. icon on the icon bar.

  41. Data files are loaded by drag and drop,
  42. whereupon the display window will open,
  43. showing the surface. Since there may be
  44. a lot of processing involved, it may
  45. take 10 or 20 seconds before the graph
  46. appears.

  53. window is open (see above). In this
  54. case, clicking 'menu' in the graph
  55. window will lead to a further range of
